Data Extraction: Data from scanned and incoming PDF email attachments
can be extracted and automatically uploaded to System21. This helps to minimise manual keying
to make transaction processing faster, such as order or invoice management.
Online Routing and Approvals: Automatically routes purchase orders,
supplier invoices and other similar documents to an approval chain for online authorisation and
GL coding, eliminating the delays caused by documents being lost in a drawer. These features
