AutoFORM Process Document Management for Infor System21

System21 gives a valuable insight into a companies finances, however, many business managers find that a high percentage of the information that they need to refer to still resides in paper documents. For example, purchase invoices, Excel spreadsheets and legal contracts. Constantly having to locate and pull documents from hard copy files often takes much longer than the time needed to make a decision about them. AutoFORM overcomes these difficulties by integrating document images with System21 business processes so that can be quickly and easily analysed, approved and processed.

Inbound & Outbound Document Imaging: Captures document images from scanners and as they are generated in your main application. Indexed automatically on multiple criteria.
System21 integrated document viewing: Links document images to relevant System21 processes, so that they can be quickly referred to onscreen whilst users complete their System21 tasks. For example purchase invoices can be viewed from Purchase Ledger. Alternatively, documents can be viewed via AutoFORM Web-browser, across your network, VAN or secure web-link.
Data Extraction: Data from scanned and incoming PDF email attachments can be extracted and automatically uploaded to System21. This helps to minimise manual keying to make transaction processing faster, such as order or invoice management.
Online Routing and Approvals: Automatically routes purchase orders, supplier invoices and other similar documents to an approval chain for online authorisation and GL coding, eliminating the delays caused by documents being lost in a drawer. These features can be provided by Infor using process.connect using EFS's own fully integrated workflow solution.
Tailored Business Solutions: for purchase invoice handling, purchase to pay, sales order to despatch, proof of delivery to invoice with 'claused' delivery alerts and other areas where you want to eliminate the delays and costs of traditional paper driven processes.
