New exciting order from BOC for digital signatures on SAP documents

EFS Technology UK announces a new order from BOC Edwards to place Digital Signatures onto both e-mailed and archived documents. This facility will be implemented and rolled out across Europe and the US. The main motivating factor for purchasing this facility was to allow BOC to comply with the new European legislation for the storage and transmission of electronic documents.

BOC Edwards selected AutoFORM LaserNet output and document management suite following their move to SAP R/3. Satesh Savant - BOC SAP programmer commented: “Although I was initially sceptical that AutoFORM LaserNet would enable us to cut SAP programming times and costs, it really is excellent. There was absolutely nothing that we wanted to do with our documents in terms of design, electronic distribution and workflow processing, that we couldn't achieve faster, cheaper and easier with AutoFORM LaserNet”.
