InForum 2004, our annual System21 customer conference is coming soon and I am delighted to be able to unveil the detailed programme in this edition.

InForum 2004 takes place on Tuesday 2nd November at Whittlebury Hall, Northamptonshire, near Silverstone Racing Circuit. This year's programme should provide you with plenty of opportunity to listen to new ideas, find out about products and services and have fun renewing acquaintances.

We have had a very exciting year, and InForum provides us with the ideal opportunity to update you on GEAC’s progress, as well as feature customers who have been involved in projects that are making a real difference to their business operations. Many of these customer projects are as a direct result of upgrading to System21 Aurora.

In addition, we are delighted to have a true master of the arts, John Humphrys, lead a round table discussion and showcase some great ideas from customers using technology to underpin their strategies for driving business excellence.
