View Archived Documents via Web Browser or Main Application Workspace
Archived document images are viewed using a web-browser or directly accessed via the GUI interface of your main application such as a finance system or ERP. Documents for example, Invoices originating from multiple company applications e.g SAP and Oracle, can be viewed by the corporate finance department using a single simple interface requiring no training.
‘Explorer type’ view of archived documents & records allows drill down searches, providing an immediate list of relevant documents from millions of document records. Create standard routines for complex repetitive document searches and link these to your main application screens.
